Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal Pursuant to art. 5 of the Legislative Decree (consumer code) for the protection of consumers, which regulates distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw, if the purchased product does not meet your requests or no longer interests you, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Fill out the Contact Us form,
- Specify in the text: Return request, indicating the order number,
- Specify the reason for the return,

The return of the goods, in suitable packaging that protects their integrity, must be made to the above address within and no later than 14 days from receipt. Since the shipping costs are entirely at your expense, the choice of the means to be used will in any case be at your discretion.
As soon as we receive the package containing the returned item, we will take care to verify the integrity of the purchased item which must be complete with all the original parts (including any documentation and accessories) and films. In the case of return of Damaged, Used or Tampered items, it will not be possible to refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products. (the integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal).
Once the integrity of the goods has been assessed, we will refund the amount paid as quickly as possible.

The return shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Store, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

In case of return or cancellation of purchases made through PayPal or Klarna, the fees remain the responsibility of the buyer. The latter will be communicated to the customer with documentary proof.
